Virus
If you feel you have a computer Virus please complete the following:

1) Make sure you update your anti-virus.
2) Then disconnect from the internet, after that is done scan your computer using Anti-Virus software, this will then hopefully solve the problem.
3) You will be given a name for the virus.
Press CTRL + Alt + Delete.
Go on the Process Tab and cancel the virus running at the background. Then delete the file(s).
4) Also the virus might be found on add and remove programs so look thoroughly for odd names. If you are certain the program is a virus then select remove.
5) Also turn off; System Restore by right clicking:
My Computer Icon found on the Start menu and go to System Restore Tab.
6) Restart.
7) Now run the virus protection again.
